€9 a month, renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel whenever you want, from your account: you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. You also have 14 days to withdraw, which is not the same as cancelling.
Upgrade to PlusPlus is a subscription. It costs €9 a month and renews automatically every month until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling. Cancel at any time from your account, under Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Plus until the end of the month you have already paid for. Ordinary cancellation by itself does not refund the current paid period. This does not affect any statutory rights or other remedies that may apply.
Your 14 day right to withdraw. Because you buy Plus online, Dutch and EU consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The 14 days start on the day after the day you buy. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a Dutch public holiday, you have until the end of the next working day.
Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Plus until the end of the month you have paid for. Withdrawing unwinds the purchase itself: Plus ends straight away. When a consumer asks a service to start during the withdrawal period, the law can allow payment for the part already provided. Flux Forward chooses not to make that deduction for Plus. For a valid statutory Plus withdrawal, we refund the first Plus payment in full. That is our own policy, not the legal minimum.
How to withdraw. Use the Plus withdrawal form. It is always available during the withdrawal period, it asks you to sign in to the Flux Forward account you used to buy Plus, and you do not have to give a reason. You can also email [email protected] in your own words, or send us the Model withdrawal form. Any of these is valid.
Plus starts straight away. Your access begins as soon as your payment succeeds, which is inside your 14 day withdrawal period. We only start it early if you expressly ask us to, in a separate step before you pay. If you do not ask, we cannot start Plus.
