Flux Forward provides a readiness signal tool (Activation Scan) and a personal dashboard to help internationals in the Netherlands understand and address the structural barriers they face in contributing to the Dutch economy and society.

To save your scan result and access your dashboard, you create an account with your email address or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be 16 or older to create an account, in accordance with Dutch and EU law.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days.
Flux Forward may use private packet pages to ask for focused feedback, a contribution, a review, or a collaboration response. A packet page shows only the specific request shared with you. It does not give you access to FluxOS or any internal notes.
Some packet links may require a password. Others may be open to anyone who has the private link. If a link was not meant for you, please do not use it or forward it.
After submitting a packet response, you may see an optional newsletter step. Subscribing to Flux Forward Updates is separate from your packet response and requires your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe anytime.

The Activation Scan is a self-assessment tool. It provides a reflection signal based on your answers, not a professional assessment, diagnosis, or advice of any kind. It is a starting point for your own thinking, not a substitute for qualified guidance. Results are intended as a starting point for reflection and action, not a guarantee of any outcome.
We provide the service as-is, without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee:
All content on Flux Forward services — including the Activation Scan framework, written content, visual design, and software — is owned by The Futures Hub B.V. unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Sharing individual results for personal use (e.g. on LinkedIn) is permitted, provided Flux Forward is credited.
Your scan results and personal data belong to you. We process them on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update the service, add or remove features, or change pricing at any time. We will give reasonable notice for changes that significantly affect existing users.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory Dutch or EU consumer protection law.
