Activation Scan
Answer eight questions to identify the current activation dimension and where movement is blocked now.
Flux Forward helps internationals in the Netherlands and the organizations around them move from uncertainty to readiness and one practical next step.
This page explains what Flux Forward is for, where to begin, and how the scan, readiness routes, Hub, support, and organization pages fit together.
Flux Forward is not trying to explain everything at once. The public journey is intentionally simple.
Answer eight questions to identify the current activation dimension and where movement is blocked now.
Check profile readiness for individuals, or opportunity readiness for organizations.
Choose one practical move instead of adding more noise, tabs, tools, or advice.
The Activation Scan uses four dimensions to name what may be blocking movement now.
Is the foundation clear enough to act?
Can value, experience, and intention be understood in this context?
Are the rules, routes, actors, and options readable?
Can the right people or systems see the right signal?
Start with the scan when you feel stuck, scattered, invisible, under-recognized, or unsure which route to take next. After the scan, the next useful step may be profile readiness: checking how your CV, LinkedIn, portfolio, GitHub, website, or other material is being read by the opportunity system.
Start with the organization route when you want to understand whether international talent can read your opportunity clearly from the outside. This can include job pages, company LinkedIn profiles, websites, onboarding material, event pages, or support communication.
Use these entry points when you already know the kind of support or context you need.
Flux Forward does not replace legal, immigration, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. It helps people and organizations understand activation friction, readiness, and practical next steps.
If you are unsure where to begin, start with the Activation Scan. If you represent an organization, start with the Organizations page.
