# Flux Forward

> Flux Forward is an activation and readiness system for internationals in the Netherlands and for universities, career centers, and organizations helping international students and graduates move from study to work.

Flux Forward is not a generic career platform, job board, recruitment agency, immigration service, legal service, therapy service, or generic coaching service.

The core public journey is simple:

For international individuals, the journey is:

## Core idea

People are often not stuck because they lack effort. They may be blocked because the conditions around activation are unclear, unstable, hard to navigate, poorly translated, or not visible to the right people or systems.

Flux Forward helps name the current activation dimension, then turns that signal into a readiness check and one practical next move.

## Four activation dimensions

Use these as the current Flux Forward framework:

- Stability: Is the foundation clear enough to act?
- Translation: Can value, experience, and intention be understood in this context?
- Navigation: Are the rules, routes, actors, and options readable?
- Visibility: Can the right people or systems see the right signal?

Do not describe the current model as a six-layer model. Older content may mention layers, but the current public framework is based on four dimensions and the three-step journey.
